Who operates this service
FamCircle is operated by the family site owner or administrator responsible for this domain.
What we collect
We process WhatsApp messages sent to the family number, the sender's phone number and profile data available from WhatsApp, message timestamps, and any attachments or metadata needed to deliver the service.
Why we use the data
We use this data to receive and display family messages, manage replies and moderation, translate content when requested, and keep the service running securely.
Processors
- Meta provides the WhatsApp Business Platform used to receive and send messages.
- Firebase stores authentication, app data, and other backend records.
- Vercel hosts and delivers the web application.
- OpenAI is used for translation features when the app translates content.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the family site, support, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where possible.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are available under GDPR and applicable Israeli privacy law.
